The Gita is set in a narrative framework of a dialogue between the Pandava prince Arjuna and his guide and charioteer Krishna. At the beginning of the Dharma Yuddha (righteous war) between the Pandavas and the Kauravas, Arjuna is filled with a moral dilemma and despair about the violence and death in battle against his own kinsmen. The Krishna-Arjuna dialogues cover a wide range of spiritual topics, touching on ethical dilemmas and philosophical issues that go far beyond Arjuna’s warfare.

Summary Of Bhagwat Geet PDF –
Soul – Everything visible in this world is perishable. One who is born must also die one day. That is why the body keeps on taking birth and dying at every age. Realizing this, the wise do not get attached to the body. But the soul present in the body is unborn, indestructible, immutable, indestructible, and eternal. It cannot be destroyed even by taking a million measures.
The ignorant are unable to differentiate between the body and the soul, which is why the sad become happy. Due to this confusion, they remain deprived of good deeds and good religion, while in any situation nothing affects the soul. He doesn’t even indulge in sin. That immovable eternal eternally remains the same form. A self-realized man who knows this fact does not deviate from the path of duty due to attachment. His intelligence also remains stable and steadfast. Even small means done with a calm mind bear great fruit.
God – The famous Purushottam in the Lok Vedas is God. That light itself does not emanate from anyone. But the sun, the moon, and the constellations are illuminated by his light, he is present in every particle of the entire universe. Whatever is the best in the world, is the divine element only. All knowledge, beauty, brightness, and strength in the universe are the form of the same God. Beyond truth and untruth, he is the enjoyer of subjects even though he is devoid of senses.
He is threaded in the world in the same way as threads are threaded in gems. Although he is the doer of the whole creation, the nurturer, and also resides in the bodies of the living beings, but does not get involved. He is unfathomable because of being very subtle and immeasurable because of being very vast. His power is infinite and his knowledge is limitless. He is the owner of infinite opulence and personalities. Any Bhagavatparayan devout person who worships him with exclusive devotion devoting his mind, intellect, and deeds, can achieve him. In the attainment of that Supreme Soul, the unshakable establishment of the mind, daily practice, disinterest, renunciation of fruits, etc. prove to be helpful. The one who controls the mind, the senses, the firm determination, the cheerfulness, the unrestrained, the one who considers heat and cold, respect, success and failure as the same, that self-satisfied Yogi is successful in attaining God. A person endowed with divine wealth easily becomes the possessor of the divine element.
Karma – The Gita itself is the Code of Karma. In this, along with fixed, workable, and prohibited actions, there is also a discussion of action and inaction. Yagya, charity, penance, etc. prescribed in the scriptures purify the knowledgeable person, hence they are worth doing. Karma is done with the desire for a son, wealth, and prosperity is called Kamyakarma. Prohibited deeds are done for selfishness like theft, lies, fraud, deceit, violence, etc. are to be avoided due to contamination.
A sannyasin does not become a yogi just by renunciation of work until there is no renunciation of thoughts and desires. Those who pretend to control the mind from the outside, but those who have dirty desires from the inside are arrogant.
Man cannot become free from the bondage of karma without surrendering all his actions to the Supreme Lord with a detached attitude. The wise give up the fruits of their actions in a moment. Doing work is always better than giving up work. God also has to work for the operation of the world cycle. Attachment to fruit in action gives rise to vices like lust, anger, attachment, greed, etc. The sacrifice of fruit is the only selfless action. Those actions which are done with compassion for the benefit of others, without attachment, from inner inspiration, are the best deeds, when the mind concentrates the instincts and becomes free from conflict, with unity, appoints the mind in the divine, then only yoga happens.
